  1. My early prediction —-
    5pm: The Five
    6pm: Bret Baier
    7pm: Laura Ingraham
    8pm: Tucker
    9pm: Martha
    10pm: Hannity

The Specialists gets killed off as Bolling is likely the next to be fired

    • Fired for what? Anonymous accusations? Bolling just signed a new contract with Fox so he can take Murdoch to the cleaners, which is great.

      • I can’t see a scenario in which he can be returned to the air anytime soon. These “investigations ” rarely if ever fail to turn up something. The only outcome IMO is that he admits some “mistakes” or he is totally vindicated and ” comes again in glory”.

        • I think they will settle the contract for money to avoid a lawsuit, because Bolling would surely sue.

I am still waiting for some evidence that would hold up in court.

    • As much as I like Laura, she has a habit, when subbing for others, of cutting off guests and interrupting them. She sometimes can come across as smug. If she gets her own show, I hope she can learn from her previous mistakes.

      • I can’t stand her smugness on her radio show, but her tv show is actually pretty good. Anything is better than the Five at 9 pm.

        • I think Hannity’s show is still taped and I assume he likes it that way. If that is indeed the case, I don’t think they will put a taped show at 9:00.

Now, Hannity being the one to go against Maddow would make more sense than Ingraham. He has been Fox’s number two show in the current lineup.

I think the best primetime lineup that included Laura would probably be Ingraham then Tucker then Hannity. The least competition is at 8:00 and you need to have a strong show at 9:00.

          • If the Drudge guy is right about the “prime time” part then I guess it’s safe to assume that The Five will move back to 5. I think it was an interesting experiment but the prime time hours seem to be more geared towards long monologues and interviews. I think Ingraham will be able to build an audience. If this is what they do (Carlson, Hannity, Ingraham – in no particular order) that they will have a solid 3 hours of pro-Trump voices which should be good for ratings as pro-Trump cable news viewers don’t have anywhere else to go right now.

          • The five works better at 5 than at 9 and the Specalists is a mess of a show show it would kill two birds with one stone.

          • Everyday last week, The Specialists had more viewers than the Fox News total day average. Last Monday, they were above it by 158,000 viewers. Yesterday, they finished below it.

The viewers also are getting angry about the show this week. The show trended on Twitter yesterday and it was mostly negative.

When you add in that many are assuming that Fox is going to cancel the show and Fox isn’t making any statements or leaks that are saying otherwise, the show is not in good shape.

If Fox was planning to keep it around, they would likely to at least do something to help it out.

          • I think Tucker at 9 was doing better than the Five at 9 against a surging Maddow , like I think Kelly would be smoking Maddow still now too, 9pm might need a strong personality to it not conversation show.

    • If the Fox News internal investigation turns up that Bolling did send lewd texts to co-workers, even if in the past, he is done, as he should. Interesting about Ingraham “news” yesterday. If Fox hires her for a weekday show, it’s likely not good for Bolling.

        • I go by the fact that Fox News stated they are doing an internal investigation, while he is suspended. I speculated if he got fired just as you did with speculating that he “take Murdoch to the cleaners”.

    • That’s what I kind of said Yesterday but it kind of fits it back to the 2013 style minus Greta, Oriely and Kelly.

  2. While Charles Payne languishes in suspension, one notes that ol’ Scottie Nell is back a grinnin’ n’ a pickin’ on social media again. I guess Mr. H and Jesus gave her the go-ahead.

  3. TRUMP SAYS THE ‘ALT-LEFT’ BEARS SOME RESPONSIBILITY FOR VIOLENCE IN CHARLOTTESVILLE, ‘NOBODY WANTS TO SAY THAT.’

    no…..body

  4. As Ive always said the most misinformed people on the net are the Disgraced Racist Stooges™ with Ice leading the stupid………..take today’s response to this;

    Donald J. Trump‏ @realDonaldTrump

Senator Luther Strange, who is doing a great job for the people of Alabama, will be on @foxandfriends at 7:15. Tough on crime, borders etc.

this of course leads to this crazy attack:

    Richard W.‏ @IceManNYR
Richard W. Retweeted Donald J. Trump
With all the things going on in the country Trump is doing PR for FOX & Friends guests. Sad!

Now if you live in a dream world of your mom basement that may make sense…….for the rest of people….not so much……….he wants Trump to concentrate on things going on TODAY……….does he really not know that Luther Strange has a election today?

  6. Learn something new every day. I recorded The Specialists (and when I watched I fast-forwarded Timpf). Guy Benson was in the Bolling seat. He said that the Charlottesville murder was rightly categorized by the FBI as an act of domestic terror but the FBI won’t call the Steve Scalise shooting as such. I never knew that and I think it shows a kind of bias on the part of the FBI.

    • For the FBI not to call the attack on the baseball practice an act of terror is absolutely absurd. The priorities at the FBI have gotten so skewed, it is time to clean house.

    • Speaking of The Specialists, it was good to see Brooke Goldstein on the show on Monday. Haven’t seen her on FOX in a long time.
