    • As I was saying after my Indians took a three game to one lead, “it ain’t over ’til it’s over.”

    • One lousy century no more. There are so many of my relatives that I wish were here to see it.

  1. Good Work CUBS

and HLN hasn’t done election coverage since like 2004 ,when they were Headline news. (Slyly keeping it on Cable news)

      • Then the only husband-wife team to be impeached become grand marshals in the NYC St. Patrick Day parade.

        • APR – Hillary collapses, the 25th Amendment invoked. President Kaine later nominates Chelsea as the new Veep, and the whole damn mess starts over again.

  2. The last time the Chicago Cubs won the World Series in 1908, the Republicans won the Presidency. Looks like history is repeating itself in 2016!

  3. In her soon-to-be-published memoir, Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly has included details about being sexually harassed by former Fox News boss Roger Ailes.

Passages from the book, which Radar Online says it obtained, allege that Ailes began harassing Kelly in the summer of 2005 and included “inappropriate sexually charged comments” as well as “physical advances.” The alleged harassment lasted around six months, and ended after Kelly reported Ailes to a supervisor, Kelly wrote.

  4. Re: Trump needles Katy Tur

For the record, John Harwood, Katy Tur isn’t a “bad-ass reporter”, she’s a fledgling reporter who, unfortunately, wears her politics on her sleeve, which ensures she will stay mediocre.

You, however, were a very good reporter who sold out to a particularly virulent sort of tribalism. Sad to see you encouraging journalists to take your path right out of the gate.

That said, Donald Trump, quit being a bully and quit whistling for help via your acolyte bullies. It may not be fair, but at least be presidential enough to take the heat.

1 HLN’s election night coverage is unconventional to say the least.

  6. The most under reported story of the week via CBS at the tail end of something else:

“In a separate matter, CBS News confirmed that there were disagreements between FBI agents looking into the Clinton Foundation and their superiors in Washington and at the Department of Justice. The Wall Street Journal reported Wednesday that the FBI was facing an “internal feud” over how to handle the Clinton Foundation case in the middle of election season. Officials say tension like this is common in many cases.
It is still unclear whether the FBI inquiry into the Clinton Foundation was a full-blown investigation. The current status of that inquiry is also unclear. However, no known charges have been filed related to the foundation.”

    • Everything I’ve read says that it’s not a full investigation and that FBI agents are confined to searching for emails related to the Clinton classified email investigation, not for anything on the Clinton Foundation.

In fact, they were thus restricted by the North District Office prosecutors, which was headed by Loretta Lynch until her appointment by Pres. Obama.

      • That goes against what Special Report is reporting tonight, that “there are two parallel, vigorous investigations” by the FBI involving numerous agents and several bureaus locations.

    • betting odds just dropped again to 28.4. bet the house, you’ll make a fortune. it’s a movement i tell ya, a movement …..ahem.

        • so sorry you seem to be unable to separate your life long desire for a pony and reality of it occurring or not. they would both be horrible. repub house senate with clinton exec is much more possible and optimistic than a reality tv star that is emotionally incontinent and a commander and chief. insane vs criminal. prefer criminal, but i won;’t mess my diaper by voting for the POS. trump becomes president and you will see a complete reversal of house senate and state offices being lost after all those gains. why is it difficult to understand that if you are conservative trump destroys conservatism, HRC makes it stronger to fight her? you trumpettes are on drugs or something. besides, he cannot win. deal with it

  7. Watched Berman and Bolduan early this morning. With full on happy faces, they opened with the premise that if the reporting is on Trump it’s good for Hillary, if the reporting is on Hillary it’s good for Trump. They proceeded to spend 20 minutes of negative stories on Donald and Melania; followed by 30 minutes of positive stories on Hillary. Not once did they mention emails, Wikileaks, the Clinton Foundation, or the FBI.
So much for their opening premise.
