  1. Re: new person

Its interesting to me that no one in the media has expressed much concern about the relentless protesters who showed up at Trump rallies that were paid by Soros and organized (as Wikileaks revealed) by the DNC.

Why did their verbal harassment, threats, in at least one case…death threats that canceled a rally…matter to the media? Why didn’t violence at these protests elicit a yawn, unless it was perpetrated by Trump supporters?

The media thinks it had a tough job with Trump publicly pointing them out as being what, in most cases they themselves had (via coverage or Twitter) explicitly expressed themselves to be …enemies of his campaign, person, and the motley losers who supported him, imagine how Trump supporters felt just trying to make it back to their cars.

Nah, harassing Trump and his supporters was our God given right in action…and…well, he (they) deserved it…

We may have seen a very few in the media chastise their own over letting their hair down on Twitter, we saw no discussion that folks being called a low educated loser white nationalist by the priestly media guild a million times a day on tv and social media, might make them as angry as anyone Trump had offended.

    • The best thing that came out of this election, and it was pointed out a couple days ago by the two misters: Bill and Concha, was the power of the media to influence has been greatly diminished as their mendacity and hypocrisy is now taken for granted by a huge segment of the public.

      • You are very cogent to link a lack of respect for the media to coarse treatment of them.

Brian Stelter argues that the media dispense of traditional behavior and meticulously parse EVERY Trump statement in order to point out what Stelter says is D.T’s penchant for reflexive lying and to then expressly call him a liar in the story,

Many media members have demanded that the traditional ethos of objectivity and personal distance in journalism be jettisoned in the case of “strongman” (tyrant) Trump…which is as self-referential an argument as can be made by anyone…let alone a journo.

They can’t have it both ways. They can’t have a media that has jettisoned professionalism and have the expectation of being treated as professionals.

  2. Yesterday’s insight — “It’s now clear that so-called fake news can have real world consequences. This isn’t about politics or partisanship. Lives are at risk.” [Hillary Clinton]

This is rich given the risk to children from the porno operations she and Bill ran through a D.C. pizza joint.

  3. As Yogi one said, “Where you are depends on where you stand.”
I find Trump’s attack tweets against people, places, and things that I hate a guilty pleasure.

    • I find them a whole lot safer than after-police-shooting appeals to calm that presuppose subconscious racism in the police officer, at best…

    • I’ll listen to all this fake news stuff when those people become concerned with all the fake news from the MSM……IE: turns out that the new air force one WILL be costing 4 billion……….and Trumps coward did NOT boo John Glenn at a rally.

      • REAL NEWS: its all part of an effort to delegitimization the Trump Election. If only daddy Trump had come from Kenya.
