      • being fairly out of it in pop culture terms i envision star wars as a show where used up hopeless nee’r do well once “stars” are helicoptered to a desolate island with M5s and trunk loads of ammo. then they have a star war. the last one standing wins a reality show on channel 837 right next to the conch show. just saying as they say…. happy tg mike.

    • I never saw “Star Wars” or any of the sequels. However, I did enjoy the “Godfather” yesterday. I love a movie with a happy ending.

  1. Missed wishing everyone a Happy Thsnksgiving yesterday. Too busy cooking. Hope you all had a wonderful day, ate too much and napped just enough.

    • Ate too much. Drank too much wine. Tried to make up for it by swimming too much today. I’m not going to attempt to put china and servingware away.

  2. An embarrassing moment tonight. Andrea Tantaros was in for Greta, and she and Harris were jointly covering the breaking news. Right at the end of the hour Steve Harrigan gave a report and said there were eleven (or whatever the number was) confirmed casualties. Afterwards, Andrea helpfully ‘clarified’ for the viewers: we have 11 shooting victims, but since we don’t know if any have died there are no confirmed casualties.

Oy vey. Steve Harrigan, a veteran war reporter who knows full well what casualties are and reports accurately, gets “corrected” by Andrea whose correction was actually an incarceration: taking an accurate report and making it inaccurate!

    • Casualties are dead + wounded. Andrea madea mistake that is common to many civilians. She should’ve left the reporting to the Pro from Dover.

      • i am sorry, you must be corrected causalities are dead + wounded + divorced +alimony deprived +IRS audited + not to mention those with serious illness, loved ones with serious illness and children that fidget too &*(^^& much. Andrea there are never “no confirmed causalities.”
