  1. Agree with Joe.

How odd is the net-net of Doug Jones winning? Republicans are relieved while Democrats are quietly disappointed. No more Moore to attach to every Republican running in 2018 now. And you know who also won? Murkowski and Collins, who have more leverage than ever. #AlabamaSenate— Joe Concha (@JoeConchaTV) December 13, 2017

Total Alabama turnout was 776,667 LESS than the Presidential Election

Total number of votes was only 25,450 over Trump’s totals

Hillary beat Jones by 58,396 votes

Therefor all Hillary voters didn’t even show up to vote for Jones

Trump beat Moore by 667,819 votes

          • I kinda don’t feel too bad that Moore lost

Now Democrats can’t hang Moore around Republicans necks in 2018 & we’ll get back that seat in 2020

We’ll also get alot of new Senators in the 2018 Midterms so this lost wasn’t too bad imho

          • Like last year’s election where both main party candidates had high un popular numbers, either that or vote for a dead gorilla apparently.

          • I didn’t say it was a blue wave. I said Jones will not change parties because he isn’t a conservative Democrat. He’s a mainstream progressive. Moore’s many dalliances aside, Jones’s win was an aberration in the vein of Scott Brown winning in Massachusetts in 2010, or Bob Turner winning the special election for Anthony Weiner’s vacated House seat a year and a half later. When the seat’s regular election comes in 2020, Jones will lose, just as Brown and Turner lost in 2012.

          • Sorry I wasn’t specifically talking about you
Just letting people know since you were talking about the Election

          • Seems a lot of moderate republicans sat out instead of voting for more, rather bite the bullet for 3 years than … vote for him in their books.

  2. Two quick points: first, Congratulations to FBN. Great job! Second, saw a clip online of CNN’s coverage of the AL results last night. Would rather have a root canal with no Novocaine than listen to Ana Navarro and the dark haired man (didn’t catch his name) supporting Moore bicker. Talk about a terrible twosome!

  3. Wow 2 more hours of Cavuto a week hope he isn’t over doing it though , like him want and him around for some time.
