    • I think sometimes the bug police overdo it. I don’t think it’s necessary for the LIVE bug to disappear every time a still photo is shown. We kind of know that a still photo is not LIVE and if the audio being heard over the photo is LIVE then the bug should remain on screen.

      But there’s no excuse for a LIVE bug staying on through an entire pre-taped interview. CNN is as you note even worse than MSNBC with this stuff.

      • what!? Photos aren’t live? darn. I mean I get too bothered that a photo is being called live. It’s funny to see a report being replayed on CNN and it’s daytime being played at night and still saying live.

    • I wouldn’t waste my money to see a movie about Dan Rather … I didn’t watch him when he was free on CBS.
